All PowerPlayer content is private — no one beside the sender and receiver(s) can see a message — unless it is shared to a group by a coach, or is shared outside of PowerPlayer by any sender or recipient.
All data is saved in perpetuity. Once a team’s season ends, an athlete’s data can be viewed, but no more data can be added to their account for that season.

Coaches, go to app.thepowerplayer.com, and create your team account. Choose your sport and customize your team’s account.
STEP TWO
Submit the $100 annual team subscription fee. Upload your team’s roster using player, parent, or assistant coach email addresses.
STEP THREE
Send an automatic email invitation to players, parents, or assistant coaches to download the PowerPlayer app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to connect to your team.

Conceived and developed by former athletes, coaches, and parents with experience in youth, high school, junior, NCAA, and professional ice hockey, baseball, basketball, soccer, football, and lacrosse, PowerPlayer is a feedback and communication platform built for coaches. We know from personal experience that most youth sports coaches are so busy actually coaching that the communication aspects of their jobs — the all-important feedback that tells athletes and parents what’s going on and helps build relationships — can be incredibly challenging. Because we also know that a lack of communication can lead to issues on and off the field, court, or ice for coaches, PowerPlayer is designed to make coaching and communicating a one-step process by streamlining team / athlete / parent management by eliminating the need to use multiple apps, email, or cumbersome individual / group text messaging.
